      From the picture I thought this would be fabric on metal, but it’s just fabric on plastic. Though the fabric does look and feel great in person. The benefit of plastic is that it keeps the weight down. This is one of the lightest and smallest battery at around 20000mah. The fabric looks like it is glued on. The craftsmanship is fantastic, but I’m not sure how long it’ll last before peeling due to heating.

      It charges my Nintendo Switch super fast. I love USB-C PD and will never go back to regular USB-C.

      Unless you're a Mophie fan, I wouldn't get this at $150. I got it at Amazon fantastic price and I like the look. It is the nicest and lightest power bank in its class. It is a welcome change from the aluminum and cheap plastic blocks. However the one thing that’s unforgivable for me is the lack of a USB-C 30W PD Charger. I have to do further research and pair it with an off brand charger. Why can’t Mophie include a 30W charger at this high of a price?

      Will have to supplement this review after my trip. Bought this, as a recommendation from Apple, for use with my 12” iPadPro, phone, electric toothbrush, etc., that’ll I’ll have on my extended trip. Looking forward to it’s use with my G-Ro smart suitcase... However, I also purchased their recommended 30W brick (power adapter), as well as various cables. (The mophie does not come with a charger, and you’ll need to have one if you don’t, already.)

      The battery came less than half charged — I’m glad I checked! — but, when I plugged it in, the two lights didn’t seem to flash in the appropriate direction. Calling mophie, they said it takes about 18 hours to charge, and just leave it overnight. Not to worry over the directions of the lights. So, I plugged it in, about 4 pm, and when I saw it about 1 am with a twinge of the third light showing (in the dark), I was hopeful? Sure did seem to take a long, long time to charge, I thought...

      Only, the next morning, I only had the same two light. The call back to mophie consumed an hour. Was it the battery? Was it the brick? Further checking with management, there, revealed that, only this month, it was found Apple’s 30W brick was incompatible with this ‘universal’ station, while it would work with others. Go figure.

      A future two hour call with Apple got me my money back if I wanted it — however their brick does nicely charge my iPadPro in triple speed with a USB-C to lightning cable (who knew!) — while further learning neither of their other two bricks (67W & 81W — I might have those values wrong) were compatible, either.

      Mophie recommended their 15W brick which would be only a couple hours slower, while Apple recommended Anker’s 30W brick, as a highly popular and reputable brand. Mophie, however, advised me that only Apple’s bricks had been tested.

      What to do! Use caution, when purchasing your brick. But here’s a tip Mophie gave me which really helped, as I’m leaving on my trip, and don’t have any other means to get my mophie fully charged:

      Take the USB-C to USB cable that comes with your mophie, and use it with your cellphone charger (wall or auto) if it’s the type that has a removable cord. In the car, be sure to be driving. At home, be sure to check the brick that it doesn’t get too warm, and don’t leave it plugged in, unsupervised, overnight. It worked! I’ll be leaving today with 4 lights on my mophie, instead of just two. Hope this tip in a pinch is helpful!

      This is the second one I've purchased. The last one seemed more powerful. It would charge my MacBook just fine. This one seems less powerful, and when I plug in my Macbook, it keeps the battery from draining, but won't actually top it up to 100%. But decent for phones. I just hope it lasts longer than the previous one, which went completely dead after a year.

      I wanted a battery powerful enough to at least charge a 2018 MacBook Air. The included USB-C to USB-C cable does the trick! Also included is a USB-A to USB-C. There is no wall wart provided for the battery, as seems to be the norm for most batteries and Qi chargers nowadays. Build feels nice, though I wonder how the fabric will hold up. It has a Scotchgard feel to it.

      I'll need to use it longer to give a long-term review.

      I changed my review from 3 stars to 5 stars, I did like the included cables, they dont seem to be good and also could not register the product online, after contacting their customer support, they registered my products and sent me 2 wonderful cables for free, the build quality and the design of the product are great but did not need to use it so I am not sure about its peformance.

      Best Portable Battery, it charges my MacBook Pro 2018 and also my MacBook Air 2018 and my iPhone Xs Max no problem, wish it had wireless charger on the fabric cover to protect my phone from scratching, but can’t always have everything, lol but no regrets, people always ask me about it, even my brother bought the bigger version of it, which has a normal outlet plug, it’s AWESOME! I don’t know why other people complain about not charging their MBP but mine does like 95% charged on a full battery. 👍😁
